Quality Control Method :
Our in house Quality systems, the wide range of instruments
in our laboratories for measurement, metallurgical analysis
and mechanical systems and above all, the expertise of our
personnel, all ensure constant control at all stages of
production, from the receipt of raw material to the delivery
of finish product. All our equipment and tools are
calibrated before and after use.
Raw material is checked chemically by wet test. After
getting approval, it is checked for inclusion by acid
etching and for crack on Magnaflux crack detection machine.Stage
inspection is carried out at every stage of process with the
help of process drawing & records are maintained and
analysed. Final
inspection is done as per the approved quality plan.
